Professional info
Leslie Li is a multidisciplinary artist based in London. She is currently studying BA Fine Art at Kingston University. She studied Visual Communication Design Foundation at Beijing Institute Fashion Technology. Recognized as an outstanding graduate, Class of 2022.
Her practise ranges from drawing to prints, from installation to sculpture, with a particular focus on oil painting. Her practise is primarily concerned human and nature connections, virtual world, and link between childhood trauma with personal growth. Her artwork exudes a subtle narrative quality, evoking a profound resonance within the viewer.
Leslie is passionate about exploring interdisciplinary artistic practices. Her ecological art collaboration project,, received the full award from the Stanley Picker Trust to support her further research and practice. Her artwork blends unique Eastern aesthetics and was invited to participate in the 2024 Lunar New Year Exhibition by KT1 Studio in Kingston.
